Mid-Century Masterpiece
This was Innate Modern's introduction into the custom home world. Aiming to be both economical (we were on a tight budget) and impactful, we constructed a one-story mid-century bungalow that housed vaulted ceilings, an angled roofline, 3ft roof overhang, and signature mid-century accent bricks. We also came out of the gate strong with the bold black exterior paint choice but balanced it out with white for the roof overhang. To top this beauty off we featured a few large iconic post cacti in the front making it reminiscent of the Mid-Century scene of Palm Springs, CA.
